Project Scope: Microsite website copy + 3 brand stories
Brighter Investing is a “Public Benefit” Registered Financial Adviser specializing in Sustainable Investing, ESG Investing and Impact Investing.
They needed help to create messaging for a microsite for their newest strategy, The Social Justice Investment Strategy, which aims to mitigate the wealth gap and racial inequality. They weren’t interested in tired ESG buzzwords or performative language, but rather something bold, values-driven, and clear—something that could live on their site and actually move people to act. They faced two challenges:
Navigating the weaponisation of DEI language in a politically charged environment
Addressing the concerns of impact investing and, if it can actually work
We used straight-talking, confident copy that reframed wealth as a tool for real-world change—without sounding naïve, preachy, or risk-exposed.
To complement the copy, I also created three brand-aligned narrative stories to support future marketing and help humanize the strategy for different audiences.
